How do I update my contact/personal information?
Updating Information

This article will cover the steps involved to update your contact and personal information found in My Family Room.

After logging in to My Family Room, you can change the following personal information:


   -  Home address
   -  Phone number 
   -  Mobile phone number 
   -  Work phone number
   -  Alternate email address 
   -  Profile Picture

Please note that changes to your First Name, Last Name or primary email address cannot be changed through My Family Room, to do this, please contact your child's school, you will need to provide them with your old email address as well as your new one.

 
 
How to Update My Information
 
To update your information on the My Family Room website or app follow these instructions:
 
   1.  Open the My Family Room App or website (myfamilyroom.ca) and log in.
   2.  Select your Profile Icon in the top right corner
   *   Follow additional App or Website instructions below


App:
   3.  Select the View profile option next to your avatar
   4.  Select the Pencil Icon next to your address  
   5.  Update the information you would like then select the Update button at the bottom
   * To edit your Profile Icon, press Edit photo under your photo, then select a photo, and press Choose

Website:
   3.  Select the Pencil Iconbetween your address and home phone 
   4.  Update the information you would like then select the Update button at the bottom
   * To edit your Profile Icon, click Edit photo under your photo, then select a photo, and click Open
