This upgrade is designed with an emphasis on a more user-friendly interface and improved features tailored to better suit your needs while delivering a seamless experience. Some "social" sign-in options will be affected before and after the release of the new My Family Room, and users may need to begin signing in with their email address and password; read below for more information. Signing In With Email Address All My Family Room users can sign in via the email address and password sign-in option. To sign in with your email address, simply type your email address and password into the fields at the My Family Room website or app login screen and then click "Sign In". Forgot/Unknown Password: If you forgot or do not know what your password is, click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the email address and password fields and, when prompted, provide your email address and click the "Send" button. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided if it's a valid account. Provided Email/Password Incorrect OR Email not Recognized: This error can come up when the provided email address is not correct. Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to submit a request to our support department; they can verify the email address your account uses to sign in and assist you further. Often accounts can have multiple email addresses, but only a specific address can be used to sign in. Sign-In Option Changes Google Sign-In (App Only): Between July 24th, 2023 and the launch of the new My Family Room apps, users will no longer be able to sign in to the My Family Room App using the Google sign-in option button, however users can begin or continue to sign in using their email address. Yahoo! and Twitter Sign-In: After the launch of the new website and apps, users will no longer be able to sign in to the My Family Room apps or website using the Yahoo! and Twitter sign-in option buttons. The buttons will be removed, however users can begin or continue to sign in using their email address. For further instructions, please read the "Signing In With Email Address" instructions above. All Other Social Sign-Ins (Facebook, Windows Live, Apple):
If you use one of these options, there are no changes to your sign-in experience.
