Child Not Appearing in My Family Room?
If you recently pre-registered your child see below, otherwise the issue is related to the student not being "linked" to the account, if a student is not linked to your account there are multiple scenarios to get them linked to your account.
This article will cover the two scenarios to link your child to your My Family Room account.
Scenario 1: Linked to old/other account If the student is associated with a different account under your name, or if the school uses an email address for you that is different from your account's email address, we will need to update the email address of the other account to your new email address. To make this change, get in touch with the school directly or use the 'contact us' link provided below to contact support. Please note that requests to change the email address must come from the original email address. If that's not possible, you will need to contact the school for further assistance.
Scenario 2: Submit linking request If the student has never been linked to you before, you can submit a linking request to have the school link your account to the student, for more information on how to submit a linking request click here!
Scenario 3: Child has turned 18 Once a Student turns 18 they are an adult and the system removes the access from the guardians/parents so the guardian will not see the child in My Family Room anymore. If the student grants the guardians/parents permission they are required to let the School office staff know, and they can re-enable access.
Pre-Registered Child Not Appearing?
Pre-registered children will not appear in your account until after they have attended their first day of school.
If you used My Family Room to register your child, you should have been in contact with the office staff of the school.
