T-MFRP: Why am I not receiving My Family Room email?

Emails from My Family Room (or UCDSB) are not in your Inbox?   

Many email providers will automatically decide which email is considered Junk or Spam. If your waiting for an email, you can check the Junk/spam/other folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.  If you do not receive a message in a reasonable time frame, always look in those folders.    

If you discover a message from My Family Room, your school or any other message should be delivered to your Inbox, you can set a rule to ensure that future messages will be delivered to your Inbox.     

When you create your rule make sure to include all email from the domain ucdsb.on.ca to ensure that you do not miss messages. Each email system is different.  Here are a few of the most popular applications and how to setup delivery rules:

   -  Gmail
   -  Yahoo Mail (Yahoo, Rocketmail etc)
   -  Microsoft Mail (Hotmail, Live.com, Outlook etc) 
   -  Microsoft Mail - Add an address to your Safe Senders List (Hotmail, Live.com, Outlook etc)
