Can I use email address or social media to access My Family Room?
The default sign in method for My Family Room is email address and password only. Alternative sign in methods using social media accounts, such as Google or Facebook, can no longer be added as a sign in method or used to sign into my family room.
Please note, existing alternative sign in methods, that were previously added, can no longer be modified.
