Q: Can I add or change my child’s photo?
A: No, you cannot change your child’s photo. If you do not see a photo of your child, or if the photo is outdated contact your school.
Q: Can I change my child’s information?
A: No, student information is managed and updated by office staff at each school, please contact your child’s school to request any changes.
Q: Do I need a separate account for each of my children?
A: No, all children attending UCDSB schools can be associated with one My Family Room account. If you have multiple accounts you can contact the school(s) to have all children moved to one or use the Contact Us link below to contact support.
