How to Update My Information
After logging in to My Family Room, you can change the following
personal information:
- Profile picture
Please note that changes to your
First Name, Last Name or primary email address cannot be changed through My
Family Room. Please contact your child's school. You will need to provide them with your old email address as well as your new one.
To update your personal
information:
1. Log into your My Family Room account
2. Click on the PROFILE tab
3. Click on the blue Edit button
4. Make desired changes to information, to change profile picture choose a file or select check box
‘Remove profile photo’ to remove your profile picture
5. Click on the blue Submit button
