Where Are the Preferences?
Contact preferences can be set in two places within My Family
Room website www.MyFamilyRoom.ca:
1. Global Contact Preferences
2. Individual Child Contact Preferences
Global Contact Preferences are set on your PROFILE tab; these preferences will be applied to all your children.
Individual Child Contact Preferences are set on the CHILDREN tab under each child’s name.
This option can be used to override Global Contact Preferences for one of your
children, or to set preferences.
Please Note:
Setting up notifications in Global Contact Preferences and Individual
Child Contact Preferences will result in duplicate messages.
How to Change Contact Preferences
To change your Global Contact Preferences:
1. Log into www.MyFamilyRoom.ca website 2. Click on PROFILE tab
3. Click on the blue Edit button
4. Scroll down to GLOBAL CONTACT PREFERENCES and make changes
5. Click on the blue Submit button to save changes
