Provided email or password incorrect?
You can reset your password by following these steps:
1. Go to myfamilyroom.ca
2. Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the username and password fields.
3. Fill in your email address
4. Click blue SEND button
An email with instructions will be sent to you to reset your password.
Provided email is incorrect message?
The most common problem for My Family Room users who can’t log in is because they are choosing the wrong type of log in method at the LOG IN screen!
When your account is created, typically you use either an email address and password or you use a social media account like Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc. If you try to log in with something other than your exact method, it will not work.
To find out what log in method you should use follow these steps:
2. Click on LOG IN
3. Near the bottom click on ‘Need help logging in?’
4. Fill in your email address and click the blue SEND button
An email will be sent to you explaining what method you should use and some information on how to do it.
New to My Family Room?
If you just signed up at your school, you may need to complete your registration process by clicking on the registration link sent to you via email. Check your email to see if you have received a message from My Family Room. It could be in your SPAM or Junk email depending upon your email provider and your personal settings.
