Want to View Your Transactions?
While you can view the most recent transactions through the My Family Room mobile app, the best way to view a more complete list of your transactions is to log in to the My Family Room website at myfamilyroom.ca.
To view your transactions: 2. Click on the PROFILE tab 3. Scroll down to the ‘MANAGE YOUR “MY FAMILY ROOM” ACCOUNT’ section
Increases to your balance are shown in green-colored text (ie. Loaded Funds, Refund transactions) while decreases to your balance are shown in black text (ie. Event payments).
