IT-MFRP: How do I load funds to my My Family Room account?

How to Load Funds   

To load funds onto your My Family Room account through the website or app follow these instructions:
 
   1.  Open the My Family Room App or website (myfamilyroom.ca) and log in.
   2.  Select your profile icon in the top right corner
   *   Follow additional App or Website instructions below

App:
   3.  Select your eWallet balance or the arrow next to it
   4.  Select the "+ Add $" button next to your eWallet balance  
 
Website:

This will take you to the PayPal site to complete the transaction.  You will be required to log in with your PayPal username and password at this step, which is the recommended process, or you can pay directly with a credit or Visa Debit card.     

Once the transaction is complete, you will be returned to your My Family Room account and the added funds will be reflected in your eWallet.      


NOTE:  When linking your bank account to PayPal, please be aware that some banks can take up to 3-5 days to clear your transaction before the funds are withdrawn from your account.  This is not the case when you link a credit card to your PayPal account.
