Want to View Your Transactions? To view your transactions on the My Family Room website or app, follow these instructions: 1. Open the My Family Room App or website (myfamilyroom.ca) and log in. 2. Select your profile icon in the top right corner * Follow additional App instructions below if using the App App: 3. Select your eWallet balance or the arrow next to it Your transactions will now be displayed. Increases to your balance are shown in green-colored text (ie. Loaded Funds, Refund transactions) while decreases to your balance are shown in black text (ie. Event payments). If you have questions or require assistance, please use the Contact Us link below.
