How to Reactivate an eWallet
If you have requested a cashout of your My Family Room eWallet, the ability to use your eWallet is temporarily revoked. After the cashout has been processed, you can request to have your eWallet reactivated by contacting us using the Contact Us link below.
Accepting or paying for an event can still be processed by the school using a paper form when available. Please contact the school and they can instruct you further.
