Double Payment?
The system was designed to remove the possibility of paying twice for the same event. For example, if Mary and John are parents of Joe, and Mary responds online to an event for Joe, then the event will immediately ‘disappear’ from the list of available events for John to respond to. Similar behavior occurs if John sends a paper form and cash to the school without telling Mary – as soon as the school staff enter the event response information for Joe, the event will disappear from the list of available events online.
