Type in your email you use for your my family room and
click on send.
You'll get an email with a link in it to help you
get signed back in. Be sure you check your entire email; it may have gone to
junk or spam folder.
Click on the Rest my password link, this will
open the reset password website for my family room.
Type in your new password and retype it in, make sure
you meet the criteria or you won’t see the Create button appear.
Once you’ve typed in your password and retyped it in
with the correct criteria’s you’ll see the create button appear just below.
Each criteria section will appear with a green checkmark when the criteria has
been met.
Just click on Create and your password will get updated for your my family room.
