Why is my partner/spouse not appearing in My Family Room?
When you create your My Family Room account, you are only creating the account for yourself. This is done as a security measure to ensure other guardians private information is not shared or compromised.
You can see other guardians of a student by navigating to the student information in the Student section. For more information about this, click here: How do I see my students information?
Other guardians will have to create their own My Family Room account if they wish to have access to student information and other My Family Room features.
