Q: Does my partner need an account for My Family Room if I have one?
A: No, you and your partner do not need to have separate accounts; however, with individual accounts, each of you can customize your contact preferences for communication coming from the Board.

Q: Who can get a My Family Room account?
A: Anyone can register for a My Family Room account, once your account is created, students are linked to it at the discretion of the student’s School Office Staff. See also: How do I sign up for My Family Room?

Q: How long does it take after registering to view my new My Family Room account?
A: You should receive the email containing your activation link within 24 hours of registering at your children's school or creating your account online. See also: How do I sign up for My Family Room?, Why am I not receiving My Family Room email?

Q: I registered at my children's school. Why haven't I received the email?
A: Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery of the email containing your activation link. If you still haven't received the email after 24 hours contact the School or check your spam
