Can't Submit Event/Offer in My Family Room
If you encounter a technical issue blocking your event response submission, please use the "Contact Us" link below to submit a request to our support team.
Please include the name and school of the student who's response you are having the issue with, as well as the name of the event in which you are unable to submit the response. With this information, our support team will be able to reset the response so that the error is cleared, and you will then be able to successfully submit the event response for your student.
