Not Getting Notifications?
If
you are not receiving any of the different forms of notifications you should
check your notification preferences in your My Family Room account, however, if
the child has turned 18 years old access may be denied to personal school
information, to have this changed the student must inform the school to enable
My Family Room access.
To
check your contact information, follow these steps:
1. Log into My Family Room 2. Click on PROFILE tab 3. Verify phone number and/or email address
4. Verify your options under GLOBAL CONTACT PREFERENCES 5. Click on CHILDREN tab
6. Verify your options under CONTACT PREFERENCES for each child.
