I have some questions about my My Family Room account.
        
Q: Can I have different contact preferences for each child?
A:
 Yes, for instructions go here, and scroll down to the ‘Individual Child Contact Preferences’ section.    


Q: Can I use a username and password to sign in to My Family Room?
A:
 Yes, for instructions go here.    


Q: Can I add or change my profile photo?
A:
 Yes, for instructions go here and scroll to the update your personal information section.    


Q: Can I change my name on my account?
A:
 No, if you require your name to be changed on your account you will need to contact your child’s school.


Q: Can I change my email address on my account?
A:
 No, if you require your email address to be changed on your account you will need to send in a request for support to our Help Team.  Return to the My Family Room Help main page - scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.  Provide us with details to change your email address.  Please include a phone number and an email address where you can be reached.


Q: Can I delete my My Family Room account?
A:
 Yes, for instructions go here and review the information on how to request to have your account deleted.
