Add Funds Missing!
If you have recently requested a full refund of your My Family Room account balance, then the option to add funds back to your account will not be available until the refund has been fully processed.
After the refund is fully processed you will need to Contact Us so that your e-Wallet can be reactivated.
Accepting or paying for an event can still be processed by the school using a paper form. Please contact the school and they can instruct you further.
