IT-MFRP: How do I pay for or accept an event?
Where Are the Events/Offers?


*Note: an “Event” could mean something that you pay for (such as a field trip or lunch program) or simply a consent form that has no cost associated with it.

You can find any Events (1) available to be accepted or paid for in the Home (2) section, under the Action items (3) on the My Family Room website or apps. 




How Do I Fill Out the Form?


After clicking on an event (1) under Action items (3) you will see the form as it was designed by the School.  Review the information such as the Reply by date, Description, and any other available information.  

To choose items follow these instructions:

   1.  Toggle On the selections you want
        *Note: Required items are automatically selected and do not have a toggle


   2.  Select your desired Quantity and choose desired Options





How Do I Accept or Pay?

*Note 1: Important Payment Instructions:

   1.  Make Your Selections: Choose the event and any options you want to purchase.
   2.  Load Funds via PayPal: Complete the process to load the necessary funds into your account using PayPal.
   3.  Return to Event Order: After loading funds, you will be returned to the event order screen.
   4.  Complete Your Payment: Important: Make sure to click the "Pay" button to finalize your order. Your order is not complete until you do this step.

After selecting the items you want the cost will automatically be calculated at the bottom of the form in the Pay button, to accept and pay, scroll to the bottom of the form, select the I accept check box, then click on Pay, if any fields or items are required before you can pay they will be indicated with red text.

*Note 2: if your My Family Room eWallet does not have enough funds in it you will be prompted to load funds through PayPal, follow the prompts to load funds to your eWallet, once complete you can pay for your event.


*Note 3: if the event has no cost you will have an Accept button instead of a pay button, click on Accept to accept the event, if any fields or items are required before you can accept they will be indicated with red text.
