IT-MFRP: I paid but something went wrong, what do I do?
If you would like to dispute a charge, please contact our support by using the "Contact Us" link below. We strive to reply to all requests within 24 hours. Please do not contact PayPal to get help with your My Family Room transactions, we have found that our support staff are able to address issues faster and without adding unnecessary complications.
