How do I get a refund on the entire balance of my My Family Room account?


          
Request a Refund

To request a full refund, follow these steps: 

   1.  Visit the My Family Room website (myfamilyroom.ca) and log in.
   2.  Click on the PROFILE button
   3.  Scroll down to the MANAGE YOUR "MY FAMILY ROOM" ACCOUNT section
   4.  Click the Request full refund of “My Family Room” account link.   
   5.  You will be presented with three options listed below.  


Refund Options
  
PAYPAL (recommended) - you can use this option to receive a full refund of your account balance back to your personal PayPal account electronically.  Refunds via PayPal electronic transfer are normally processed within 10 business days.  

DONATE – you can use this option to donate your account balance to one of the schools that your child attends.  You will receive an income tax receipt for any donations of $20 or more. 

CHEQUE – you can use this option to receive a full refund of your account balance via cheque. Cheques are normally delivered within 20 business days, barring delays to mail delivery timelines.
